Patient Partner Program Provided through Palliative Care Clinic

Navigating serious illness and the health care system can be challenging and overwhelming!  We are seeking volunteers for a new program aimed at supporting community members through this journey.  The ideal volunteer would have a caring heart, organizational skills, and time available to attend medical appointments with a person dealing with serious illness.  If you are interested in learning more about this exciting program, please contact us.  This is your chance to truly impact the life and care of someone in need.
