VITA Volunteer Training | Self-Study Onboarding

All VITA/TCE volunteers must pass the following certification tests with a score of 80% or higher.

1. Site Coordinator (if volunteering for this role)
2. Volunteers Standard of Conduct – Ethics Training
3. Intake/Interview and Quality Review Training
4. Either Basic tax law or Advanced Tax Law (adv. Test is a stand-alone test.. There’s no requirement to pass the Basic test first)
